The First Milestone
Select a pre-engineered or design driven approach based on required functionality, aesthetics and budget. Munger design/build services optimize architectural and design fees. For design-based buildings, the customer either selects an architect or delegates this function to Munger, who hires an architect. If there is an architect involved, Munger can dress up a metal building to a degree, but when limitations are reached, the design may call for structural, wood or masonry as the medium.
